The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients registered with Zetland Medical Practice who want to help it work as well as it can for patients, doctors, and staff.

The NHS requires every practice to have a PPG.

The aim of the PPG is to represent patients' views and to work voluntarily and in partnership with the practice to provide services that reflect what patients want and need. Your PPG provides ideas, feedback, and suggestions to improve your patient experience.
