Home Visits: We offer home visits to our patients who are housebound. Requests for visits should ideally be made before 11.00am. We understand that emergencies may occur later then this, please contact the surgery, as soon as you can so that the request can be passed to the doctor. A doctor may contact you prior to attendance to assess the situation. In some cases it may be more appropriate for the Community Matron or District Nurse to attend, or for an Ambulance to be called. We can not guarantee a named Doctor for Home Visits. Should you have difficulty with transport, local taxis will be happy to bring you to the surgery, or perhaps a relative, neighbour or friend can give you a lift.

Cancelling Appointments: Should you be unable to attend your booked appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that it can be offered to someone else. A number of appointments are lost each week due to un-cancelled appointments.

Text messaging: We now offer a text reminder service which also allows you to cancel any inconvenient appointments. If you do not want to use this service please let the surgery know.
